Miami, 1991

When his bloodthirsty demands can no longer be ignored, young Dexter Morgan must learn to channel his inner darkness as he seeks revenge on the serial killer with the guidance of his father, Harry. Christian Slater was older than James Remar when Dexter (2006) first aired.

The only thing that wasn’t good about it was the ending

Dexter: Resurrection (2025) Dexter is easily one of my favorite TV shows and one of the few shows I can watch multiple times without getting bored. It’s hard to put into words how much I loved the original show.

While the ending was pretty bad, it still didn’t take away from how good the show was

So with that said, I was really looking forward to Dexter: Original Sin and it didn’t disappoint. Patrick Gibson, who plays young Dexter Morgan, absolutely kills it, as does the rest of the cast.
